By using this website, you (Customer) signify your assent to this User Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use this site. We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. When the Terms of Use changes, we will also revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy. The WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Inventories are a development resource, and the information generated by the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) On-line Inventories is not intended and should not be used as a primary resource to make decisions to hire, fire, promote, demote or otherwise determine the status of current or future employment by any user or Customer.

McFletcher functionality will not be responsible for problems or delays in accessing any of the materials or services offered on any of the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) On-Line Inventories for any reason beyond McFletcher’s actual control including reasons related to Customer’s own hardware, software or connectivity. Further, McFletcher does not guarantee that functions and materials contained in any WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online-Inventory will always be uninterrupted or error-free and that defects will be immediately corrected. McFletcher will, however, attempt to address customer concerns in reasonable means and a timely manner. McFletcher does not guarantee that any WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Online-Inventory, or the server that makes them available, will be and remain free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

All materials in this site are provided "AS IS." To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, McFletcher disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall McFletcher, a WSP™ Certified Facilitator or anyone else involved in providing the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) On-line Inventories and its written or printed material, even if advised of the possibility of damages, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) On-line products.
