Measure Organization Results
While providing organizational consulting and training in the late 1970s, The McFletcher Corporation began to observe a less motivated workforce and lower organizational productivity within client organizations. As we analyzed why this was happening, we learned that two dynamics were occurring simultaneously.
- The workforce’s preferences were changing, and,
- The design of the work itself was changing.
These changes, however, were not in alignment.
We decided the best way McFletcher could assist its client organizations would be to track these changes and determine better ways to align the people and the work – thus our slogan, “WorkStyle Patterns® – Preferences and Positions of People in Organizations.”
For the past decade we have conducted various studies and collected WorkStyle Patterns® data for people’s preferences and work requirements.
WSP™Normative Database Program is McFletcher’s unique contribution to understanding evolving workplace work requirements and workforce cultures.
WSP™ Inventory Database Reports provide an aggregate view of an organization’s WSP™ Inventory results and related demographics, which McFletcher tracks and monitors in a separate WSP™ Database. Hard data allows clients to gauge their organization’s progress using Workstyle Patterns® Alignment to spot, stop or build on trends taking shape.
Organizations may also compare its data against 16,000 plus organizational positions worldwide collected by McFletcher. Interpretations can be used to accomplish organizational goals... a powerful process to determine work culture, assess workforce alignment issues, and measure organizational performance.
WSP™ Profiler is our popular software product for WSP™-certified individuals. Operating in Windows, the program determines WSP™ Inventory scores and assigns the Profile names and descriptions. It is the most accurate and complete means of assigning Profiles quickly after someone has taken one or more of the WSP™ Inventories.
The flexible program allows users to enter in score totals or enter in the numerical responses to each statement on an Inventory. Organizations may certify their members through our WSP™ Certification Training. You may also view the summaries of the WSP™ Inventories , which include a person’s WorkStyle preference as compared to as many as five work approach assessments (employee perspective, customer or employer perspectives and team profiles) used to gather the information entered into McFletcher’s WSP™ PROFILER software product.
