Discovering How We Can Best Serve

Personal MinistryDesign™ (PMD™) is a group program and self-discovery process to guide people in how they can better serve – within their church, local community or with assignments around the world. It provides three processes to discover how everyone is equipped to serve God – one’s Heartbeat for focus from life experiences, Spiritual Giftedness for skills to contribute and Preferred WorkStyle for delivery to perform and integrate one’s efforts in any work situation.

Personal MinstryDesign™ consists of five core elements within a team environment to enhance the discovery process:

The Spiritual Foundation for Serving examines the Biblical principles of serving as the pathway to fulfilling life’s highest purpose.

Life History and Heartbeat for Serving examines how life experiences and personal histories, in terms of family, place, friends, learning and work, shape and influence us. An interactive process is used to clarify one’s passion for serving.

Serving With Our Gifts uses a questionnaire to determine the gifts for serving others, what these mean and how they’ve either been cultivated or neglected.

WorkStyle Patterns® (WSP™) Preferred Approach As the Vehicle For Serving is a process for discovering what each person’s preferred way of working is and how to use this to serve in any work setting.

Over 97% of those who experienced the program find themselves serving in an active capacity within two months. Many individuals report having found their places to serve and continue for years.
