Certification ensures qualification for use of WorkStyle Patterns® products for five years from date of successful program completion.

Program Options – Overview

WSP™ Inventory Equipping Certification –
Talent Management and Interpretation of WSP™ Inventories.

• For Talent Management and coaching purposes.
• Four virtual sessions and distance learning practicums.

WSP™ Inventory Facilitation Certification –
Applications and Solutions with WSP™ Inventories.

• For Training and Consulting services within work environment settings.
• Two day and evening experiential on-site sessions in Scottsdale AZ. following completion of the Equipping program.

WSP™ Inventory Sponsorship Certification –
Strategic Support through WSP™ Inventories.

• For leadership guidance in identification of needs and delivery requirements of workforce and workplace alignment processes.
• Two half-day virtual sessions and between session practicums.

WSP™ Inventory Equipping Certification –
                        Talent Management and Interpretatation

Qualified To:

Purchase and administer WSP™ Inventories, products, books and research-based analytics to provide interpretation and coaching for individuals and groups that ensure aligned workforce and workplace opportunities.

Store, manage and retrieve reports and WSP™ online resources with customized code.

Learning Methods:

Distance learning with virtual face to face sessions and online resources. Between session assignments and practicums.

WSP™ Inventory Facilitation Certification –
                        Applications and Solutions
            (WSP™ Inventory Equipping as Prerequisite)

Qualified To:

Provide WSP™ training and consulting alignment processes such as talent management, teaming, hiring and selection, role clarification, leadership development and work culture assessments and design.

Learning Methods:

On-site group experiential learnings and practicums with current industry-wide work situations and work culture analytics.

WSP™ Inventory Sponsorship Certification –
                        Strategic Support

Qualified To:

Provide alignment guidelines for implementation of WSP™ Inventories, products, books and analytics for changing workplace practices and workforce expectations.

Access online individual and group WSP™ Inventory reports to ensure ethical and positive organizational outcomes.

Learning Methods:

Distance learning with virtual face to face sessions, scenarios, exercises and access to virtual and online resources.

Certifications Fees

WSP™ Inventory Equipping Certification –
$3,450 US (Recertification $1,950 US)

WSP™ Inventory Facilitation Certification –
Note: WSP™ Inventory Equipping Certification is a prerequisite. (Lodging is priced separately.)
$3,275 US (Recertification $1,950 US)

WSP™ Inventory Sponsorship Certification –
$1,975 US (Recertification $1,475 US)

Discounts Offered!  If two or more company colleagues attend at the same time, a discount of $100 ($50 for Recertification) for each colleague is offered.

Lodging and Meals Package – Facilitation Program

A special package to meet all of your accommodation requirements will be identified and details given when spedific dates are selected.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are not offered; however the Certification payment can be extended to a future program, transferred to another company representative or colleague, applied to WSP™ Inventory experiences and/or WSP™ Author consultations.

Support Continues After Certification

Planning Consultations

Following the certification program, each participant receives a complimentary consultation session to design an initial alignment intervention. Out-of-town participants participating in the on–site facilitatation program are encouraged to join McFletcher consultants and staff the day after the program for a planning session. Local participants may schedule the planning consultation at their convenience.

Coaching and Guidance

All Certified individuals have telephone access to complimentary support by a WSP™ Certification Consultant. This ongoing process includes coaching in design interventions, material selection for WSP™ applications and assistance in applying WSP™ products and services.

Workplace Research

McFletcher provides WorkStyle Patterns® research findings to all Certified Facilitators on an ongoing basis. McFletcher’s WSP™ Patterns Briefs and technical reports highlight significant workforce and workplace trends. Customized organizational studies that examine normative data and trends by specific professions or industries are available for purchase.

Extended Learning Projects

Extended Learning Projects solve more complicated WorkStyle Patterns® Alignment challenges. To ensure learning transfer, these custom-designed Extended Learning Projects are delivered at client locations in a three-step process.

McFletcher designs, plans and implements Extended Learning Projects in partnership with certified sponsors and facilitators, Other organization members learn by participating on project teams, facilitating sessions and documenting results.

These on site, three-step learning transfer projects are available for WorkStyle Work Design, Teaming by Design, Career Systems, Cultural Alignment, Organizational Change and Design and Workplace Audits.
